We’re sure now that you’ve made it here that you have a good idea of what we’re all about, but we want to take this chance to give you a bit more information around why we’re doing what we’re doing.
Plant Based Performance is run by vegans, for vegans – and although it is getting easier to live this lifestyle as it is ever growing, there is certainly a lack of purely plant based supplements and products for people to use when they are working out. This is where the idea for Plant Based Performance came from. We struggled to find one place for recipes, shopping lists and performance products where we didn’t have to constantly check labels to see what we were taking in – well this changes now.
On the website you will find easy step by step recipes and shopping lists to accompany them, workout tips and entire week food plans that you can lift straight from the site, so all that you have to do is cook and eat.
In addition, we will have a section dedicated to performance products, all animal product free and ‘no harm done’. If you have any questions or are wondering about certain foods and substitutes we’re pretty sure one member of our team will have an answer! So get in touch and share ideas!
